CHILDREN MINISTRY “Harvest Kidz”
Children’s Ministry is the avenue used by International Harvest Church to break down the vision and the word spoken in the house at an age-appropriate level for children ages 4-12. Our purpose is to instill the character, biblical foundations and principles of Christ into the hearts and minds of all children. Our mission is to equip children at their present age to develop an understanding of Christ that they would begin to develop and build a personal relationship with Christ. Our goal is to partner with International Harvest Church parents as we, together, raise children who whole-heartedly serve Christ through obedience, worship, and Godly character.

COUPLES MINISTRY
Objectives: The couples ministry at IHC is designed to minister to married couples, disciple the newly weds and mentor those who are engaged to be married. The couples ministry annually conducts seminars, Retreats to minister to specific needs that couples face. IHC couples ministry is committed to building strong families and as a result to touch the world with the love of Jesus.

YOUNG/SINGLE ADULTS “Harvest Generation”
Objectives: The Young Adults Ministry is designed to reach to the college students and young professionals ages 18-28. The young single adults meet every week for prayer, bible study and ministry. Once a year they hold a conference that gathers young single college professionals from all across America.

YOUTH MINISTRY
Objectives: Youth ministry at IHC is designed to reach the teenagers who desperately need direction, love, encouragement and guidance. To disciple and cultivate a lifestyle of worship that will develop a Godly character to empower the young people to pursue their God given destiny to raise a generation that will gather the end time harvest.

FINANCE
The mission of the Finance Department is to ensure the financial support of the ministry of the Gospel by elevating the mindset of God’s people, stewarding God’s resources with integrity and accountability, and applying God’s Kingdom principles to wealth building.

WORSHIP & FINE ARTS
The purpose of the Worship & Fine Arts Ministry is to provide devotion that will illuminate the preached word of God through singing, drama, dance and instrumental music.

WOMEN MINISTRY
As sisters in one Body, our mission is to see every woman develop into the fullness of the virtuous woman God intended for her to be. Our goals are to manifest the standards of Christ in every way; to develop in the Love of God; to promote oneness and unity with a sense of family and sisterhood; and to represent the image and display the character of Jesus Christ. We intend to achieve these goals by pursuing the following objectives:
* To establish small groups for mentoring, encouragement, transparency and accountability
* To grow in grace and knowledge through women’s ministry Bible Study
* To host edifying, fun-filled activities, such as luncheons, teas, and retreats
* To enhance our personal relationship with God through monthly fellowships, events and seminars
* To encourage women to develop in the character of Christ
* To teach women to walk in wholeness through the word of God – Spirit, Soul and Body

MEN MINISTRY:
Our mission is to develop strong friendships and accountability among the men of  International Harvest Church through regular gatherings and group interaction, and ultimately build the character of Jesus Christ into every man who involves himself with the Men’s Fellowship.

GUEST RELATIONS DEPARTMENT
To receive our guests and provide a world class service that is anointed by the Holy Spirit with the flexibility to minister to all who enter international harvest church, Sunday services, Conferences  regardless of ethnicity or social class

COMMUNICATIONS
The Communications Department is responsible for the overall church-wide communications initiative; and visually projects the spiritual mandate in the essence of class, clarity and Kingdom excellence through design, development and delivery of creative media solutions that support the Senior Pastor, mission of the church, events, conferences and services.
